Room Reservation Information: Deposit of 50% is required for all room reservations. Room cancellation have to be made before 48 hours of reservation. If cancellation is made in less than 48 hours a cancellation fee may be incurred.

 

Event Reservation Information: Deposit of 50% is required for all wedding, receptions, reunions and other large events. Event cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your event. Cancellations made after the 30 day limit may incurr a cancellation fee.

Credit Card Accepted: Smuggler's Inn Bed & Breakfast accepts Visa and MasterCard cards for making your room, event or limousine service reservations as well as payment for all our services. You can call (360) 332-1749 to make your seposit or email us with your:
1. Your Name
2. Room you desire to reserve. (See rooms)
3. Date you wish to make reservation for.
4. Exact name on credit card.
5. Card Number with 3-digit PIN number (on back of card)
6. Card Expiration Date.
7. Mailing Address for credit card being used.
8. Phone number with area code.

Cancellation Policy:
At Smuggler's Inn Bed & Breakfast we rent our rooms by advance reservations only. When you reserve a room or rooms we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the day(s) you requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Inn by cancellations. We will try to re-rent your room(s). If we are unable to re-rent the room(s) the following cancellation policy will be used:

A $50 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your room rate(s) at check-in time. If you cancel the reservation at any time, this charge is not refundable.

Cancellations for multible room(s) must be received 7 days before your scheduled arrival or you will be charged for stay less the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will be charged for nights stay less the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. "No-shows" will be charged for the entire duration of the reservation.

Holiday weekend cancellations for any room(s) must be received 14 days before your scheduled arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay less the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Christmas and New Year reservations require a 30 day cancellation notice.

This policy also applies to shortened stays or early departures.
